High functioning anxiety often goes hand in hand with perfectionism, procrastination, people pleasing, and self censorship. Perhaps you also crave connection with others and relationships, but the world and people feel dangerous, Your anxiety conflicts inside with your desire to overcome this and live fully.

The antidote is rewiring your primal reflexes to accept safety as an option. Your innate Self energy has confidence and agency by the bucket load ready and waiting.

We will journey together to shed light on the patterns and experiences that have been holding you back, along with a structured process of unburdening and reprogramming. You will gain mastery over the unavoidable modern stresses that impact your nervous system, to build emotional resilience and reconnect with joyful living. You will be nurtured in a top down and bottom up transformation, so you can finally be at home in your skin, with aligned beliefs and agency.

Over 12 weeks of release and rebuild, we head home to wholeness, which naturally brings vitality, confidence, agency and self energy which you can take into any area of your life. 3 months is a good chunk of time to get comfortable trusting yourself & your intuition.

I know what it's like...

I used to be so anxious that I would physically shake when even asked my name. I had social anxiety growing up and spent alot of time avoiding situations that struck fear in me. Despite all this I built a successful career in the film industry, in casting for blockbuster films and as a Head of Department Set Decorator for Netflix, BBC, Sky among others.

But we can bruteforce through life for only so long, before eventually those inner conflicts and hurt parts start shouting for attention and living in survival mode for so long drains out life.

Burn out and ‘breaking point’ can be turned into an opportunity to negotiate with fear to operate from a place of natural safety and confidence in your abilities and self. This shift changes everything on the inside and how you experience the outer world around you.

I have designed this empowering program for those committed to change. PEACE + POWER is IFS focussed, also integrating therapy models such as Hypnotherapy, NLP, TRE, EFT, Breathwork and Polyvagal nervous system support, into a structured journey home to yourself.

After years of working to the bone, an auto-immune crisis stopped me in my tracks and started this process of healing for me.

One of the central tenants of Peace + Power, is that there are no bad parts of us, but there can be parts that have developed maladaptive ways to help you survive life so far.

IFS Internal Family Systems is a deeply affirmative and validating approach, bringing profound self knowledge and agency.

Essentially a form of talking therapy, it very quickly lifts a veil on the parts running the show, and the mechanics of will power, self sabotage and other mental phenomenon ‘under your hood’. With this insight we will develop understanding and trust so you can feel safe to unburden those heavy areas and move forward in the ways you intend.

The focus is on wholeness, with attention paid to all your layers, not just a mental knowing, but physical, emotional and energetic too.

  • Peace + Power is a 12 week Inner Trip with an investment of £2200

    This includes around 12 1:1 contact hours plus programme materials, audios and additional support. Payment plans over 3 months are available.

  • This program’s journey is designed to make change across the emotion, mental, physical and energetic fronts, in a multidimensional way.

    We will work In stages, much like building a house. First we survey, increasing conscious awareness, getting clear on the challenges. We’ll map out your parts, and start negotiations. We’ll do deep subconscious work in hypnosis, to release limiting beliefs and design new ones that support your future. We’ll guide your body through somatic release, with TRE, Tapping and Breath as needed, so you can embody this journey to Self, not just ‘think it’ and ‘talk it’ but feel it too.

    Along the way, we also often tease loose related issues that may include self esteem and confidence, visibility, rediscovering self power, among others.

  • With all healing, you are in control. The key to change is you, and whether you’re ready for it.

    I can guarantee that your parts are aching to be heard, helped and relieved. They have been waiting for the attention and a safe space to do this work.

    Hypnotherapy cannot make you do anything you do not want to do. Hypnotherapy depends largely on your overall motivation to make changes in your own life. As a result, I personally can offer no guarantees of ‘success’. You are the only one who can do this, and we will guide and support you.

    Ultimately, hypnosis cannot make you do anything you don’t want to do. What I can guarantee is that all steps you make towards healing, sets change in motion, and willingness is the first step. We witness self healing and transformation every day and it is also yours to take. On no occasion should hypnotherapy, or the techniques used within, be seen as a substitute for professional medical advice. Many clients come to hypnotherapy and this approach as a last ditch attempt having seen doctors and therapists for some time. But I would be remiss to not say that Hypnotherapy acts as a complimentary therapy, and advice should always be sought from your GP or other healthcare provider.

    Hypnotherapy does not work like a magic wand, although results can be achieved very quickly and surprisingly. You have to be motivated. In other words, hypnotherapy involves commitment on your behalf.

    Your nervous system wants to find its homeostasis. It will be a willing and glad participant and naturally and automatically responds to this work. This is why I love the ‘bottom-up’ approach, starting with the body to influence the entire being including mind. Because it doesn’t need to remember, it just responds, and quickly.

  • You can. Pretty much everyone can be hypnotised (except individuals in psychotic episodes), and you are already very good at it! Every time you daydream or focus on your phone, you’re in a trance state. You may not have noticed you were ‘entranced’ or had heightened focus, but that’s how subtle it is. And providing you truly want the change you seek and you allow it, hypnotherapy will work for you. Hypnosis is an option component of the program, it can be down entirely without, in fact IFS is typically done without hypno. We can discuss any concerns you might have, so you are fully comfortable

  • Yes ofcourse, it is an important part of the process, building rapport and seeing how we can work together.

  • I understand you’re busy and have a demanding life.

    This program is designed to do deep work together in our sessions, and then build-in consistent incremental change in between, ‘little and often’.

    • 15-30 minutes per day (listening to recordings, active practices). Some days will be less, 15 minutes a day during the nervous system reset. During weeks 1-3, audio recordings are around 20-25 minutes long.

    Other important commitments needed -

    - Give atleast 24hr notice if you are unable to make a session.

    - Willing to feel feelings and work through them with support.

    - Be actively seeking transformation
